Danielle M. Patterson, LCSW (Executive and Clinical Director) (She/her/hers)

Danielle has worked in crisis services, inpatient and intensive day treatments, a trauma clinic, suicide recovery, and integrated care. She believes in treating the root cause, not just the symptoms. She also believes in treating the whole person to achieve mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. Danielle provides individual, group, and family therapy. Her modalities include trauma-informed yoga, art, DBT, CBT, CBT-E, TF-CBT, TST, EMDR, psychodynamic therapy, sand tray, art, and others. Danielle’s dog, Pippa, sometimes joins sessions.

Pippa Patterson (Therapy Dog) (She/her/hers)

Pippa graduated from House of Dog Training Studio in 2022. That same year, she became registered with Alliance of Therapy Dogs. Pippa sees children and adults of all ages. Her modalities include being a living weighted blanket, receiving pets, playing fetch, and going for walks. Pippa works from a strengths perspective and has never met a client she does not love!

Ellie Arnold, LSW (She/her/hers)

Ellie has always had a strong passion for mental health and understanding people's experiences. She believes that human connection shapes so much of our lives, including both our struggles and our healing. Ellie works with children, young adults, and adults, and has experience in substance use, inpatient and outpatient mental health treatment, and hospice care. She has supported people through a wide range of experiences, including grief, life transitions, recovery, emotional distress, trauma, depression, and anxiety. She draws from a variety of approaches, including CBT, DBT, TST, TF-CBT, motivational interviewing, solution-focused techniques, person-centered therapy, and trauma-informed care.

Bridget Garner, LSW (She/her/hers)

Bridget enjoys working with children ages 7+, their caregivers, teens, and adults. Bridget is passionate about using creative and age-appropriate techniques to engage her clients in their therapy sessions. She recognizes that caregivers play an invaluable role in their children’s well-being and strives to equip caregivers with tools to support their children and their own mental health. She utilizes evidence-based modalities including EMDR, TF-CBT, CBT, CBT-E, DBT, TST, and psychodynamic therapy to tailor treatment to the unique needs and personalities of her clients. 

Bridget, originally from Louisiana, now calls Colorado home. She loves spending time at her local library and is on a quest to find the best iced coffee in Colorado Springs. In her downtime, she enjoys playing video games, reading, and crocheting.

Jonna Causey (She/her/hers)

Jonna’s loves working with children, teens, and adults. Her therapeutic style is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and grounded in the belief that healing happens through connection. She works to create a space where clients feel safe, respected, and free from judgment so they can show up as themselves and feel genuinely heard. Clients can expect Jonna to be warm, compassionate, and collaborative, while also helping them build insight, resilience, and confidence in their ability to move forward. She approaches each person with cultural humility and tailors treatment to honor their unique experiences, strengths, and goals. Jonna enjoys incorporating experiential modalities whenever possible, like art, to help clients connect with their truest selves.

Kaitlyn Sarna, SWC (She/her/hers)

Kaitlyn is passionate about working with clients who need a safe space to navigate life’s challenges. She understands that everyone has their unique experiences and skill sets, and she believes in developing resilience and empowerment by utilizing a strengths-based approach. Kaitlyn believes our experiences shape us and enjoys learning about an individuals' paths. She is LGBTQ+-affirming and supportive and strives to make the therapeutic environment comfortable. Kaitlyn is the proud spouse of an Army veteran. Outside work, she enjoys weight training and spending time with her family, especially her nephew, and friends. Kaitlyn is a huge Marvel and Harry Potter fan that enjoys watching college football!

Jules Cardarelli, MSW, SWC (They/them/theirs)

Before pursuing social work, Jules worked in the field of physical therapy where they developed an interest in the mind-body connection. Working in physical rehabilitation, Jules recognized the significance of mental health and its role in holistic wellness, driving their desire to connect more deeply and facilitate individuals’ emotional healing. Jules enjoys working with adolescents (12+) experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, eating disorders, and LGBTQ+ issues.

Catherine “Catie” J. Kazlauskas, LCSW (Practice Manager) (She/her/hers)

Catie has experience working in outpatient, community-based, and educational settings, supporting clients navigating emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges. Her therapeutic style is collaborative, warm, and compassionate, with a strong emphasis on building a meaningful and trusting therapeutic relationship. Catie integrates a range of evidence-based and insight-oriented approaches, allowing her to tailor treatment to each client’s needs while supporting emotional insight, self-compassion, skill-building, and lasting change.

Kaleigh Rainwater (She/her/hers)

Kaleigh is a Master of Social Work student at the University of Denver. She has experience supporting individuals in crisis through her work with the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline where she provided emotional support, safety planning, and resource connection for individuals experiencing distress. Kaleigh also has experience working with elementary-age children navigating grief and serious illness. Kaleigh works with children (12+), adolescents, and adults. As a student clinician, she is receiving training in evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, TST, motivational interviewing, case management, and client-centered approaches.

Laura Maguire Orzo, MSW-I (She/her/hers)

Laura spent nearly two decades working in the corporate world before following her passion and pivoting into mental health. Her therapeutic style is grounded in a strengths-based approach, rooted in her belief that every person has inherent strengths and the capacity to grow. She also draws on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) tools to help clients identify, understand, and reframe unhelpful thinking patterns. Laura also has a strong interest in the mind-body connection, integrating awareness of how physical and emotional experiences interact to support clients’ overall wellbeing. Her background, including her own life transitions, inform her collaborative and compassionate approach. She seeks to empower clients to build on their existing resources while cultivating new coping strategies.

Tirsa Campos Cruz (She/her/hers)

Tirsa understands the importance of respecting each individual's values and culture when creating goals. Collaborating closely with clients has given her the opportunity to learn from their experiences while ensuring to provide supportive and effective care tailored to their needs. Tirsa uses CBT, DBT, MI, and trauma-informed interventions to support adolescents and adults struggling with stress, parenting, relationships, mood, worry, accessing resources, and overcoming life’s challenges. Outside of her professional responsibilities, she enjoys helping others in the community and volunteering at her church whenever possible. In her personal time, she enjoys being outdoors, exercising, hiking, and spending time at the lake with her family.

Lauren’s therapeutic approach is collaborative, trauma informed, and strengths based. She creates a space where clients feel heard and respected while exploring present challenges and the deeper patterns connected to their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Alyssa Trujillo (She/her/hers)

Alyssa believes in meeting individuals where they are and creating a safe, supportive environment that fosters trust, empowerment, and collaboration. Her style is warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental, while also being intentional and goal-oriented. She values the importance of understanding each client’s unique lived-experiences and works to support resilience, emotional regulation, and overall well-being through compassionate and evidence-informed care. Alyssa loves working with children, adolescents, and young adults who are navigating trauma, emotional challenges, and life transitions. She aims to provide services that support emotional regulation, coping skill development, and personal growth. Lauren approaches therapy from a trauma-informed, strengths-based, and client-centered perspective. She values creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered in their healing process. Lauren believes in meeting clients where they are, building strong therapeutic relationships, and supporting individuals in developing insight, coping skills, and resilience. She is especially interested in the role of attachment, relationships, and systems in shaping mental health and well-being. She works with children, adolescents, and adults, and has a particular interest in supporting individuals navigating trauma, mood disorders, eating disorders, and identity development. She is passionate about working with diverse populations and is committed to providing LGBTQ+ affirming, inclusive care that honors each client’s unique identity and lived experience.
