Abby Hopper

Mental Health Technician

Abby Hopper holds a Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Health Science from Grand Canyon University and is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work. Before stepping into this role, she spent several years working in behavioral health as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and most recently as a case manager, supporting children and families with complex needs. Her professional background includes collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams and coordinating care across multiple systems to ensure each family receives the support they need.

As a Mental Health Technician, Abby approaches each client with warmth, empathy, and a strong desire to learn and grow alongside the youth, adults, and families she serves. Abby is deeply committed to creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. Abby believes in the importance of building genuine relationships as a foundation for healing and progress.

Abby works primarily with children, tweens, teens, and adults. She is passionate about meeting clients where they are and supporting them through life’s challenges with compassion and curiosity. She provides case management, supportive skill-building, and group services from a CBT, DBT, MI, solution-focused, and TST background. Abby is trauma-informed and LGTBQIA+ inclusive.

Outside of work, Abby enjoys spending time with her husband, cozying up with her two cats, and lifting weights at the gym. She’s a big fan of iced coffee, slow weekends, and photography. She loves capturing those little moments that often go unnoticed. Abby brings her authentic self into every session and is honored to walk alongside children and families on their journey toward growth and healing.
