Jessika is deeply committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for individuals of all ages and backgrounds. She received her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from the University of Northern Iowa and is studying to receive her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Jessika is passionate about working with children, teens, and young adults.

Jessika believes therapy should be a place where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment. Her goal is to make counseling a collaborative process that allows individuals to feel understood and supported throughout their journey. She understands that healing is not linear and approaches each individual with patience and empathy. She believes in providing a space of compassion and being a source of strength and encouragement regardless of where you are in your journey.

Jessika provides individual, group, and family services to children and adults ages 7+. She is trained in CBT, DBT, TST, MI, and client-centered approaches. She enjoys incorporating art, games, music, and experiential activities to help make therapy a positive experience for her clients. Jessika is LGTBQIA+ welcoming and affirming.

Originally from Iowa, Jessika now lives in the beautiful state of Colorado. She enjoys spending time at coffee shops or with friends. She also loves to stay active by being outdoors or taking workout classes!
