Jordan Luckey, BS
(Lead Mental Health Technician)
With a strong foundation in behavioral health and years of hands-on experience, Jordan Luckey has served in multiple roles including Mental Health Supervisor, Mental Health Technician, and Education Mental Health Worker. She has previously worked in residential treatment centers, day programs, and inpatient mental health. Jordan received her Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Northern Arizona University in 2022. She is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Capella University with the goal of becoming a grief and trauma counselor.
As a Lead Mental Health Technician, Jordan approaches her work with warmth, empathy, and a deep commitment to helping youth thrive. She provides case management, supportive skill-building, and parent coaching to youth and adults. She also helps guide program operations within Club Aspen—an after-school program for youth ages 12–17 that integrates DBT, CBT, and Trauma Systems Therapy (TST) into group and skills-based activities. Her trauma-informed and person-centered approach emphasizes empowerment, consistency, and collaboration as key components of healing.
Jordan is passionate about creating a structured yet compassionate environment where clients feel seen, supported, and capable of change. Outside of work, she enjoys reading fantasy novels, spending time with her family and dogs, playing volleyball, and coloring.
