Deanna enjoys working with adolescents 12+, families, and adults. As a mom herself, Deanna is passionate about working with youth and their parents/caregivers. She has a particular interest in supporting youth as they navigate challenges associated with today's ever-changing environment, family dynamics, and social pressures.

Deanna enjoys working with those experiencing anxiety, depression, attachment related issues, eating disorders, body image, and trauma, especially childhood trauma. She believes in using client strengths and tailoring her approach to the individual, utilizing treatment modalities such as CBT, CBT-E, DBT, TF-CBT, EMDR, TST, and psychodynamic therapy. She provides individual and family therapy as well as parent coaching. Deanna creates a gentle holding space, considering it a privilege to be able to walk alongside her clients through their journey. She believes strongly in the power of connection and mindfulness. She aims to be a warm, calming, and genuine presence.

Deanna has a special place in her heart for rescue dogs and enjoys being with her labrador, Bella, and goldendoodle, Koda. She is a proud soccer and swim mom and military spouse. She appreciates connecting with her family in nature and would love your recommendations of fun outdoor places to try!
