Staeria received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from the University of Central Arkansas along with a minor in Addiction Studies. She is currently obtaining her Master’s Degree in Medical Social Work at Prairie View A&M University. Staeria has worked with a variety of clients from foster children and veterans to post-incarcerated individuals. She has a background in law enforcement, human services, and mental health services.

Staeria is passionate about mental health. She wants everyone to know they are heard, understood, and advocated for. She believes that there are no such things as silly questions, concerns, or feelings and strives to create a welcoming, judgment-free space. Her practice involves you as the client at the root of the foundation to blossom and succeed.

Adults and adolescents 13+ are welcome to come as they are regardless of race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, or background. Staeria includes Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, trauma-informed care, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Systems Therapy, and a collaborative and goal-oriented approach within her practice. 

Born and raised in the country, Staeria is from small town Pine Bluff located in Arkansas. She enjoys trail riding, horse riding, and cooking with family. She finds entertainment in traveling, reading, volunteering, listening to music, and working out. She loves all animals except for snakes. She has a bubbly personality that would light a tunnel. Her favorite season is summer time where she can garden and enjoy the water in peace.
