Rebecca “Becky” Bianco, LPC

(Clinical Supervisor, Therapist)

Rebecca is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years of experience providing support to youth and families. After graduating from the University of Northern Colorado with a Masters in Counseling, she went to work in community mental health. Rebecca has stayed in community work for much of her career due to a deep connection to populations who are underserved and overwhelmed with life stressors.

Rebecca specializes in family trauma, parenting, and chronic health issues. She has been extensively trained in Trauma Systems Therapy (TST) and has found it to provide the most insight and benefit for youth and families who have experienced significant trauma and who have not benefitted from traditional modalities of treatment. She has also been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. If you are looking for a therapist who can support your family in understanding the unique challenges faced by children and youth who have experienced trauma, you are in the right place.

Rebecca works with youth ages 12 and above, adults, and parents. She especially enjoys family systems work and incorporating the community at large into treatment.   Rebecca also supervises both new therapists entering the mental health field and those who want to deepen their knowledge of counseling practice.

In her spare time, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her family outdoors, yoga and reading. She also loves to learn about new cultures and countries and exploring places she has read about.
